Going out for me is usually a very relaxed situation. I’ve probably been out to a bar or a club maybe once in the last two years. I know what my alter ego wants to do.
(HOLLYWOOD, CA) Sports News: The Washington Commanders could be sold at any moment now … especially after the latest news update.
According to ESPN, leading bidder Josh Harris, along with billionaire Mitchell Rales and Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson among others, have submitted a $6 billion bid to purchase the Commanders from Dan Snyder.
The news report comes after Snyder stated that $6 billion would be his asking price for the Commanders, and now it appears that Harris, the owner of the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers and NHL’s New Jersey Devils, has put together a team able to purchase the franchise. Harris has been competing alongside fellow bidders Tilman Fertitta, Steve Apostolopoulos, Brian Davis and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to purchase the team, and it appears it is inching closer to the finish line.
While Snyder hasn’t accepted the offer, all signs point to him eventually selling the team, especially considering the fact that he left the Commanders facility in December and has not returned. Snyder was potentially targeting this week as a potential selling date considering the fact that the NFL owners meetings are taking place in Phoenix. There’s potential for the sale to happen any day now, especially if Snyder is willing to accept the $6 billion bid from Harris, Rales and Johnson.
